Welcome to NextLevelEquip! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

2. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Please review your details carefully before submitting.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary by location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
