1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or size variations

  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full or partial refund via bKash/Nagad 

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

4. Exchange Option

If stock is available, we can offer an exchange for the same or similar item.

5. Pickup & Return Costs

If the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free. Otherwise, you may be responsible for return delivery costs.
